Danny started his first business right out of high school... building patio covers and decks, building that first company into a well known residential remodeling organization. He met Kat at a bar and fell in love instantly. Kat, at age 21, was running a floral and gift store... running it... Danny was smitten. Since then, and after 37 years of marriage, Danny (still smitten) and Kat have owned a residential construction company, a real estate company, investment and property management company, and an insurance agency. Danny has been a realtor, investor, preacher, trainer, presenter, (still an approved trainer for KWU). He spent 6 years working for Gary Keller (co-founder of Keller Williams Realty International) and was the Director of Publishing at KWRI, and then the Executive Director of Operations at KWRI, overseeing and launching numerous business sectors of Keller Williams Realty International including the Farm and Ranch Division (now Land) and KW Kids Can (an educational 501c3), as well as coaching for MAPS, a division of KWRI.
Kat, besides raising two beautiful and successful daughters, has worked alongside Danny in all their businesses as well as starting two profitable local retail stores of her own, Rebecca Kathleen and Beaux Tresor. She also coached real estate agents in Austin Texas as a productivity coach, and later joined Danny coaching at MAPS, where they both received training from some of the very best coaches in the business.
Throughout each of their careers, Danny and Kat focused on People and Profit. They understand that WHO you are in business with is as important as WHAT you do daily to drive toward your goals. So they never managed people... instead, they hired people who fit the opportunity, trained them and then coached them to manage themselves.
Receiving extensive coaching training from MAPS and other well-respected organizations, Danny and Kat continue to have a passion to help others live their biggest life through coaching, consulting and candor. The hard truth is that, deep inside, if we allow the thought, we know we are living LESS THAN lives. We know we are supposed to have more... achieve more... BE more... and there is an aching inside some of us, pushing us to satisfy this longing for more. We have been there. Now, being on the other side of that search, we have helped many business owners and sales professionals discover their MORE through our comprehensive coaching. We hope to help more of you pursue your potential and the person you are destined to become.
Starting with a comprehensive interview, we determine if you are a good fit for our program. Once accepted, we dig even deeper to discover what you really, really, really want. We examine your current situation (business structures, financials, organizational chart, and business plans, etc - whatever you want to share with us) and help you integrate your goals into updated structures and plans. We then identify metrics that will be measured weekly, establish the accountability path and determine if anyone else in your organization will require coaching. From there, it is weekly 45-60 minute calls, with quarterly deep dives into all of the reports of your business to measure improvement. So, while this is mostly coaching, there is a piece of consulting we will engage in, depending on where you are in your success path.
The big difference between us and other coaching organizations is that we spend a great deal of time on WHO you are becoming, rather than WHAT you are doing. We know you have to GROW before your business grows. We start there.
Our clients are business owners of a wide variety of products and services, from retail to production. We have a great deal of experience with sales professionals, specifically realtors, mortgage officers, insurance sales professionals, as well as business development professionals. Our ideal client is someone willing to be completely honest about where they are in life and is willing to make changes. Change is typically hard, and often painful... And success is on the other side of that struggle.
If you want someone to pat you on the head and tell you everything is gonna be okay, we are not the coaching company for you. If you are ready to get out of your own way, work through the challenges and push hard... you will find success here with us.
The program has an investment scale depending on the size of the business and complexity of the financials and organizational chart... that said, there is a no risk consultation to determine the best application of our program to meet you where you are and take you where you want to go. At that time we will let you know your specific monthly investment, which is a coaching fee ranging from $500 to $1500. The rates depend on the complexity of your business. A solo agent/entrepreneur would be at the low end... a larger company of 30+ employees would be at the high end. The first payment happens after our first meeting/call, when we all determine we have a good fit. Either of us could identify that this program in not a good fit and simply not move forward. And that's okay.
We are so confident in our abilities that we offer that first call at no risk to you. We also do not have a contract and you can exit the program at any time. We know we get results from our clients who engage, and so we know you will stay as long as you need to, to get what you really, really want.
